Saturday 30th July - Opening Procession from Alnwick Castle to the Market Place (weather permitting), followed by the first open air performance in the Market Place.

Sunday 31st: Festival Welcome Service at  St Michael’s Church, Bailiffgate, starting at 9.30am.

Daily from Saturday to Saturday:

Morning sessions: 11.00 - 12.30

(lunch break)

Afternoon sessions: 13.30 - 16.30.

While the concerts are free to watch, frequent collections are held to collect donations to help towards festival costs. Audiences are encouraged to give as generously as they can afford.

During lunch breaks in the Market place we hope to feature some of our local regional talent and traditions.

If the weather is wet, performances still happen but the Market Place programme is adapted slightly and may take place in a conveniently situated venue.

Performances at Alnwick Garden are scheduled  each afternoon at 2pm. Separate ticket entry is required to the Garden.

Performances at Alnwick Castle are scheduled for 11.30 each morning. Again, a separate entry fee to the castle is required to see these performances.
